"Arsenal Residence" is, for us, a responsibility toward Tbilisi and future generations - a responsibility to add to the city a safe, calm, and clean district that is already taking shape today and will soon become a place to call home.
The idea to develop Arsenal Hill was born in 2004, when a team of friends began buying out the shares of a former machine-building factory. They founded "Megobroba-Landi" LLC, which in 2012 agreed a territory development regulation plan with Tbilisi City Hall - but for various reasons it could not be implemented in that form.
In 2018, with a renewed team, "Arsenal Residence" LLC was founded. We seized the opportunity to say a new word in the history of Tbilisi's urban development. The backbone of the project is a 170-meter-long boulevard, around which we created a network of streets, recreation, low-rise development, and architecture that is modern while preserving the character distinctive to Old Tbilisi.
For us, Arsenal Residence is a responsibility toward Tbilisi and its residents. We added a safe, calm, and clean neighborhood to the city - one that has already become a living space.
