The idea of developing the Arsenali Hill area was born in 2004, when a group of friends began purchasing shares of the Machine Tool Factory. For this purpose, the company Megobroba-Land LLC was established.
 

Considering the scale and complexity of the project, the process was long and full of challenges, yet the team successfully managed to bring it to completion.
 

In 2018, with a renewed team, we established Arsenali Residence LLC. We took the opportunity to contribute a new chapter to the history of Tbilisi’s urban development. As the backbone of the project, we created a 170-meter-long boulevard, a network of streets, as well as recreational and multifunctional spaces.
 

To preserve the character of Old Tbilisi, we developed authentic low-rise architecture designed to match the lifestyle of modern residents.

For us, Arsenali Residence represents a responsibility to Tbilisi and to future generations - the responsibility to add a safe, peaceful, and clean neighborhood to the city. Today the project is already taking shape and will soon become a vibrant residential space.
